SOS Leadership co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Bill Moyer has committed more than 30 years of his life to the professional development industry. His goal when meeting with clients and other various individuals is to make a significant impact on the development of others and their personal lives. Leadership has been a central focus in his life and he continues to convey that everyday.

“I believe that leadership is the solution to every problem that we have in our world. It is more about helping people accomplish their tasks than it is about providing tasks for people.”

His heart and passion for leadership is lived out every day as he meets with clients. Although he has more than 30+ years of experience working in the professional development industry he still continues to invest in his own personal growth to become the best version of himself. Having the opportunity to work alongside his son, Billy Moyer, he gets inspired when watching him develop into the leader that he was made to be. This has been one of the greatest joys in his life. He believes that every leader should lead like his or her self and has a special calling to answer the call to leadership.

It is important for someone in his position to be a life-long learner. Moyer has dedicated his life of service to his profession, his faith, his family, his community, and truly is living a life of significance!
