OUR FOUNDERS
SOS Leadership was founded in 2008 but the seeds for the business were planted nearly two decades earlier. At the age of four, Billy Moyer went through his first goal-setting program and set his first-ever goal – to be just like his dad. At the tender age of seven, he achieved this goal by delivering a closing keynote alongside his father- Bill. Since then, this father-son team has blossomed into a thriving boutique organizational development firm that is helping businesses of all sizes grow by focusing on their people.
